Lorena Ramos Paz was born in Lima-Peru. Lorena frequently participates in various gastronomic events in Toronto where she proudly exposes the culinary reputation of Peru. Every year she travels back to Lima to continuously refine and update her art, specifically in the fields of Ceviches, Traditional “Criolla” cuisine and Novo-Andina.
